A brand new restaurant in the Salt Precinct will be the latest offering by our group and will focus on cuisine from the subcontinent. Inspired by the wide variety of cuisines across India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan plus South East Asia, we are looking to create a thriving venue offering edgy food, a fantastic beverage selection and top level service.

We are looking for team members across all facets of the operation. Our recruitment and training programs will ensure that you are given the best training in the industry and support will be provided to ensure that you can perform and deliver to the highest standards. The former Head Chef from Tonka in Melbourne (Australia’s leading Indian Restaurant) will be developing menus with the team so no prior experience in this cuisine is required although it would certainly be helpful.

Our group offers industry leading conditions and training at Australia’s leading Hospitality Management Facility (Eldrid Management Training in Melbourne) to ensure that you and our venues can reach the maximum potential.

With 2 new venues opening over the next 3 months, and more planned in the near future, opportunities are abundant. Come join our team and help us establish our region’s top restaurants.
