At Osteria, our fresh produce is hand-picked from our own backyard’s herb and vegetable garden. The rest of our produce is sourced directly from local farmers, including Palmers Tomato Farm, Numulgi free-range chickens, and pigs, Farm & Co produce, Shroom Brothers, Gelati & Co, Byron Bay Cheese Factory, Jack Sprat’s Butchery, Salumi Australia small goods and more.

We save over 4o tonnes of landfill each year through composting, supplying organic waste to local farms and comprehensive recycling programs. We have planted over 400 plants and have even provided our locals with access to their own herb garden.

At Osteria, we are proud of our community space created for families and friends to come and enjoy fresh produce with as little impact on the environment as possible.
